programs with research emphasis

I've been told that some programs place more of an emphasis on research than others. Does anyone know to which programs people are referring? (I figure that this is important to know?whether it is to avoid these programs or to seek them?) Rochester was been mentioned, as well as Duke.

I?m sure someone knows the other programs that emphasize research. Could you share them with me?

Rather than name names, I'd suggest that most of the top dozen or so programs are going to have some measure of a research emphasis.

Neurology is on the cusp of some explosive changes... We are like surgery right before safe anesthesia. Hopefully nobody is actively avoiding being a part of this...
