If there's any chance you can stay at your school to finish prereqs, that's by far the most straightforward way to go.
The best school for you: the one where you'll get A's. You don't have to do a structured/formal/expensive program. Any 4yr university that will let you take classes will do the trick.
If you've completed some of the prereqs, then you can't get into the name brand structured/formal/expensive programs like Bryn Mawr or Goucher.
You can look at semi-structured/semi-formal/less-expensive programs like Harvard Extension or Berkeley Extension or UT Dallas to finish prereqs.
