Well, with your earlier post regarding bitemporal hemianopsia, I'd say that you probably have a prolactinoma (if it's 916 ng/ml). These are really questions your doctor should be answering for you, I'd reccomend that you make an appointment to discuss further work up and treatment options. You do need some sort of medical treatment for whatever you have.

while i was in the A/E in the hospital i asked one of the doctors

there and i told him about my result he said ...

i should not worry about my result if its not above 3000 ng/ml

Well, I don't really want to comment too much about that since I have no idea what your medical history is or whether or not you are even female. Your lab may use different normalized results as well. Here in the US, it's greater then 200 ng/ml that signifies that something is going on.
 
in our labs they depend on the type of reagent they use..

i called the lab and asked about the reagent and the normal ratio

is 33-581..

am 20 years old female.. not married not pregnant never complained of oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, galactorrhea...

i increaded in wieght in the last 2 years ..and i have loss of apitite since 2 months ..
 
you are not on any neuroleptic medicine, i assume? noticed any changes in your wrist size, or ring refitment?
 
am not under any medication and i didnt notice any change in what you ahve mentioned above ...

i dont put on watch or even a ring >> thats why am not sure if there is any changes ...

but would be if there is changes ??
