Prometric Exam Reschedule

Hope everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Has anybody had issues with trying to reschedule DAT exams through Prometric?

I have an exam scheduled, but am not feeling prepared enough and wanted to push it back a few weeks but when I go to the reschedule page it asks for my confirmation # and 4 first digits of my Last Name and when I hit Submit it just spins and remains on that same page..?
