I am fed up with prometric. I have been trying to reschedule my DAT exam date from 10/15 to 10/10/22 for the last week. Every time I try to type in my confirmation number I get an error message. I have even confirmed my confirmation number with prometric by email. Does their website have issues or what? Does anyone know the toll free number to prometric so that I can possibly get some help. 😡

Thanks alot. I called and the reason that my confirmation# wasn't working online was because it was registered to a guy in North Carolina. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Its a good idea to confirm your test date and confirmation# just in case.
