How do you pronounce "Anesthesiology"?

I've always thought it was "anesteezee ah luh gee"
However, if you look up the pronunciation key, the "th" is supposedly pronounced. I started listening and have heard a few people add in an ever-so-subtle "th" sound... so I was curious which is the commonly-pronounced way.
