and any other comments regarding education, program structure, and clinical training... in preparation for a career in academics (sub-specialty tba).

All excellent. Comes down to personal preference/location, and maybe a guaranteed prelim year might tip you more towards a few of those. I would argue to rank those guaranteed spots higher to get the most out of your pre-lim year.
 
You can't go wrong. Literally. Decide based on where you want to be and the gut feeling you got there. If you were set on a subspecialty, you could try to subdivide between these, but even then they're all pretty decent. Great fellowship opportunities regardless. The cities are quite different, however, as is the culture and feel of each institution. For a high-level academic career, these are great places to start.
