OMG! The truth is revealed!
Didn't everyone already know?? That is EXACTLY why we all went to the shady Carib school! So we can all fondle each other and get a MD while doing it!
hey we signed a "no tell " contract!!! you can't disclose such Hazing events even on an anonymous forum.
Ohh and don't forget the elephant walk they make us before finishing basic sciences and leaving the island. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=elephant+walk+
For every 10 Carib med students that succeed and make their schools proud, there's 90 students that are too dumb to figure out that some rumors are just TOO stupid to believe. Now I see where the stigma is born.
Sort of like the Order of the Black Skull??
The standardized patients that most US schools use to let students practice the male and female GU exams on are generally paid a stipend. A lot of them are nurses or other health care workers. Some might have had a family member who had a gyn or GU type of cancer. Strange as it sounds, they don't really mind being poked and prodded, and really want to help students learn. I guess after you've had like 15 pelvic exams, who cares?
Gross.
that's why i put the disclaimer hahaha
I guess I can edit it if you really want me to.
