So like PKC phosphorylates various proteins and there are more than 10 types. My question is, when a receptor is activated that results in a PKC being activated, are all the PKC types activated or just one? And how does PKC have different effects across different cells? Is it because they have differing amounts of each type of pKC? thanks! 🙂
