Protocol for citing a citation within an article

A literature review cited information from another article I need to cite, but I don't have access to the cited article and can't find similar information in another article (not about to pay 35 bucks for article access).

What's the APA protocol for this type of citation, in text and references? I can't seem to find that info..

Reference page: IIRC, you just cite the article it was cited in.
