PS for non trad/SMP

Hey guys, I've been wondering what to write about for my PS, and have hit a writers block before I even began. I'm lacking in volunteering, and although I have worked in a medical office, it was from '06-'10. I'm thinking if incorporating my experience in the SMP would be a wise idea, or if I should exclude it. Should I address my lackluster first half of undergrad?
