Are Mayo and Cleveland Clinic included in the PSLF? I have heard rumors that if these institutions finalize rejection of Medicaid, the gov't will no longer allow the residents be part of PSLF. Anyone know anything about this?

PSLF is based on your employer being a nonprofit. If they are nonprofits, nothing they do matters in terms of your eligibility for PSLF. You really should read up more on PSLF.
