There are a lot of Web services out there. Here is one of them: http://conferencealerts.com/.

You can also go to the Web sites of major organizations (e.g., American Psychiatric Association, World Psychiatric Association, Society of Biological Psychiatry, Society for the Study of Psychiatry and Culture) and look for conference listings. Sometimes they have Web pages with listings of conferences of their 'partner' or 'sister' organizations.
