Psych/Neuro resources for Step 2

I have not done my psych or neuro rotations yet and am nonetheless planning to take step 2 in mid-september. What resources/books would be good study material for someone in my position to cover these areas?

The Psych and Neuro sections in First Aid (FA) for Step 2-CK are quite good. If you have not yet had your Clerkships in either field, maybe you could purchase FA for Psychiatry, which is short (and excellent!). For Neurology, maybe you could use High Yield Neuroanatomy!
