I heard that the psych shelf exam is ~10-15% neurology topics. How can one prepare for this before taking neurology? Is Case Files/First Aid/Pretest for psych enough or would it be wise to go through neuro Case Files or Pretest? Also, what neuro topics show up most heavily? Thanks.

Who told you that? I didn't think the psych shelf had any neuro on it whatsoever. My school doesn't even have a neuro rotation and people did just fine on the psych shelf. Just focus on psych stuff (First Aid, Case Files) and you'll be fine.

I don't remember any neuro questions on the psych shelf either.

Both shelves were super easy. Don't sweat it.

Sounds like I'm the only person who had neuro on my psych shelf. At least 3-4 questions were straight up neuro, and a couple more were neuroanatomy of psych diseases. I just guessed and moved on.
