where would you rather go?

Choice 1- psyd professional school (one of the good ones), would take me 1 less yr. to complete than choice 2 (because they will transfer 1 yr of my master's credits), and would cost half as much as choice 2

Choice 2- psyd university based program, would take me 1 yr longer and twice amount of money, slightly smaller program size than choice 1

Seem like choice 1 would be the obviously choice LOL

Any difference between the internship placement rates between the two?

University based can still be a professional school (a red flag would be that it costs more than the stand-alone).

Yes, but we're not entirely speaking the same language, though the professional schools that people are upset about are generally included on that list too.

lol, ok, makes more sense now...b/c i saw baylor, widener, and ru on that list...
