I'm heading into my senior year so I'm looking at different PsyD programs. Originally I my top choice was PGSP but I've been reading some not so good things about it that are making me question my decision. Does anyone know of a site that has a ranking of PsyD programs only? I've been having trouble finding one. And can anyone share any info or experiences about 'good' programs vs. 'bad' ones? I found a similar thread but it didn't focus on specific schools, more on characteristics of programs in general like charging for tuition during the internship, etc. I plan on taking the GRE (and the Psych GRE) in Spring and I will surely have questions about that as well.

look at each programs internship placements rates, that is a pretty good tipoff.
I expect this thread to turn into like the others about high tuition rates and blah blah blah. Hopefully you have read into the costs of PsyD and salaries of psychologists, so maybe they can spare that discussion to come up again.

Personally, I like PGSP, and its one of my top choices. Ideally a funded/partially funded program is better, but they are a lot harder to get into.

Please take the time to search within the forum. All of your questions have been answered before and in a great amount of detail. You may also want to buy The Insider's Guide to Clinical and Counseling Psychology Programs. The recommendation about looking up internship rates is a good one. HERE is a link to that information.
