Anyone using this to track APPIC hours? I am trying to decide between PsyKey and Time2track. I hate to spend $$$ but MyPsychTrack is absolute crap and I am too lazy to maintain an excel spreadsheet. Apparently, PsyKey has an iPhone app, too. What do ya'll think?

Just use an excel spreadsheet. I spent like 1/2 hour a month updating one, worked perfectly. Once the spreadsheet is made correctly, it's the same time sink as one of the pay programs.

I made my own spreadsheet (including formulas & validation checks) and passed it down to other cohorts. I'm curious to see if it still survived.

I haven't heard of Psykey, but I use(d) Time2Track with great results. During diagnostic I created my own spreadsheet before switching to T2T. Even though you pay annually for T2T, you can import the numbers directly into your AAPI and it has an app for your phone (just like MyPsychTrack). Plus... the graphs and reports of your hours are nice.

I've used time2track all along and will probably use it for one more year while I'm on postdoc. It has some nice features, and is lacking in some areas. It didn't upload directly to the AAPI when I was applying to internship, so that's a nice upgrade.
