Hi
I am Licensed PT in NY state. If i am taking personal break from work for more than 10 months & so ,do i need to deactivate my license ?
Is it mandatory to deactivate or can i join back my work anytime i want without deactivating ?

probably have to ask your state board. do it by email so you have a papertrail.
