ptal- activities???

Hey everyone quick question.... I have everything submitted for my ptal but it still says activites deficient and my scores because I have yet to take ck... does anyone know what activities means? i called and they keep sending me to voicemail and my person never calls me back its been 3 weeks😕. thanks in advance

Hi,
By activities they mean every medicine- related activity you did since graduation. Especially in USA you should list duties, attending physician location etc.
I just sent mine and they said its not detailed enough so I have to send it again.
