This might be a repetitive question, but if a program has a September 1st application deadline, does that mean I have up until that day to submit my application or does everything need to be completed 4-5 weeks earlier because of the time it takes PTCAS to process everything?
 
Submitted by that day . But having everything in early is best to process everything
