Hey,

I've been filling out the PTCAS app, and I can't find the Transcript request form to print. I've read the instructions, and it says to first fill out every college/university i've attended, which I did, and the second step is to print out the form... but I can't find the form. Anyone able to help??

On the main app page click on the college /university button, when the page comes up w/ your colleges look to the left. You will see an orange button w/a column heading "transcrip request form" click each one and print out the form. the form is specific to each college-has a bar code on it. hope this helps..........
