Would highly reccomend Interventional Spine and Joint: A Fluoroscopic Atlas and Business Primer For The Pain Proceduralist A Fluoroscopic Atlas and Business Primer For The Pain Proceduralist. I like it better then Furman, and wish I had it in residency/fellowship.

Gen 2 equipment in video. Still valid as although gen 3 is a significant improvement, you will still need most if not all of the adjustments/ pearls in the written paper at times with difficult anatomy.
