those in private practice. How can you get access to journal articles and things like pubmed. I don't work at the hospital anymore.

something cheap but good would be appreciated.

Pretty sure he means the articles on PubMed that aren’t free. If you are on staff at a hospital go to the library and see if they can acquire for you.

You can also get on staff at the local medical school. They will often allow you to be "Clinical faculty" and you can get their library access.
