The interview feedback provides some conflicting feedback on the type of interview at Pacific University.... Can anyone who has participated in it shed some light on the style? Open or closed file? how many interviewers? thanks in advance!

Two interviewers - one student, one faculty/staff/etc. Closed file. I found mine to be not super stressful. They really want to get to know you and see if you are a right fit for the program, as well as if the program is a right fit for you. That was my experience.

Agreed. It was not my first interview so I was way more relaxed than others. The day was a little long, in my opinion.

Oh yeah - it is a long day. 7:45 - 4:30 roughly...unless you choose not to sit in on class, which i recommend - it sure made me realize that optometry school wasn't so hard I was going to fail right away. But I took a nice long nap after the day was over 🙂

I've got my PUCO interview tomorrow the 19th. I've already been accepted to SCCO, which was pretty impressive, but I've heard really good things about Pacific so I'm still waiting to decide which to go to. Did you guys like the school? What other schools have you interviewed at and how did PUCO compare?
