Treat each rope separately (you have only one here). Determine on how many segments of the rope the mass is hanging. Divide mass by number of segments. Note that you want to be careful about number of segments - you want to count only those that are supporting the weight. In your case it's fairly obvious that it's three of them but if you continue to weave the right end of the rope around more pulleys which are just hanging from the top surface but don't have contact with the weight, it would still be three segments only.
