HI, any pharmacist/current Pharm.D students on here from Purdue University?

Or anyone with for that matter...

I'm currently completing the pre-req's for the Pre-Pharm. curricula.

I actually completed 40 credit hours of electives, because I was not sure what major I wanted to pursue initially. I have just completed some Gen. Chem courses (A's in both) and moving onto the Biology and Organic chem. section (semester #3)

When I apply to Pharmacy school (I'm looking at Purdue Univ. Lafayette atm hence title), will my credits that are the pre-req's for Pharm. only be observed? Or all of them?

I see the average GPA of applicants at Purdue's School of Pharmacy is 3.6, with 3.2 being the minimum to be accepted.

Any tips from you pro's? I really love science (although being somewhat of a late bloomer) and would love to help humanity through pharmacy while I am on this planet earth....

I plan to volunteer at a Hospital sometime this fall also.

There's a pharmacy where I currently work; My office is actually right next to the Pharmacists... I respect them sooo much, and want so bad to walk into the same office they are walking into and work with them one day 😳
