Q-drops on transcript---UT Austin people or anybody else...

I Q-dropped a course well before the "withdrawal period." early on in the semester, with no academic penalty--it shows up as "Q" on my UT Austin transcript. So I don't indicate it was a "withdrawal" or "incompelte" on the AMCAS application, right? Just put "Q" as the grade? Or do I leave it blank?
