Do you know which Q banks will allow you to answer 1 question, then immediately see the answer then move onto the next question?

It is called tutor mode and all of the big three (qbank, uworld, usmlerx) have them.

so then does it still record what you scored out of that block when you are in tutor mode?

what about when you aren't in tutor more? i am assuming you still get to look at the explanations, but do they include the question when reading the explanations? or do you have to remember the question?

for kaplan qbank, if you take the exam in tutor mode, then you can check your answer as you take the test, and change your answer while you take the test. then when you choose to end the test, it will be scored with the changed answers (if you change from incorrect to correct after seeing the right answer).

when you aren't in tutor mode, you take a block of questions without being able to see the answers. when you end the test, it is scored, and then you have access to the answers/questions for your review.

I'm pretty sure USMLE world is the same way, where you can put it in tutor mode and check one by one but at the end they'll give you a final score
