How bad is it to skip Qbank pathophysio completely? ( I already finished most of the physio and path ques)

I only have enough time to either go through 1) Qbank pathophysio or 2) NBME sample exam. Which one should I spend a day on? thanks for your input in advance.

I'd make all efforts to go through BOTH, but if I had to pick ONE, I would definitely do the QBank Pathophysiology. It is a huge part of the exam and QBank does an excellent job in preparing you for the types of questions you'll see. Pathophysiology is KEY on the Step I. Good Luck.....

bigfrank...did you get a chance to do robbins review path questions? if so, how would you compare them to q-bank pathophys questions, and if you think either one is enough by itself, or are both necessary? thx

I did the robbins review while I was in pathology, and it was very similar to qbank. The answers were a little more detailed in some cases, but it's not really worth spending the extra forty bucks or however much it costs, if you ask me.

If you need extra resources, PM me and I can point you to some great ones. Take it easy.

Hi there UberS...,

I think that Robbins Review of Path. questions (I did them ALL) are more difficult as a whole than QBank but both are more than worthwhile.
