Anybody else having technical trouble with qbank??

i was in the middle of a block when it started acting wierd like not showing some pictures (red x's instead) taking forever to go to the next question. Then it just stopped working. Rebooted my comp tried again, just get a screen that says "Internal Server Error" and a customer support # to call. Called them waited on hold some lady came on and told me they were busy and then the call disconnected (maybe she hung up) Tried calling again and again, keep getting the greeting and then it cuts off and a busy signal starts.

Anyone ever experienced this? How'd u fix it?

Yep. Hoping it will be fixed tomorrow. Sounds like a problem with their system.

Yep. Just got through to them on the phone. Kaplan Medical is the department that has to deal with this problem and they are all gone for the night. Have to wait till tomorrow morning.

Kinda sux...i was all ready to lots of Qbank tonight..ohh well...now I can go play some poker.

Anyone ever had their questions misgraded and the answer choices changed in the answer? I just did 10 questions and it said I missed 3 that I got right according to the explanation but it switched the order of the answer choices and marked one that I clearly did not select.
