chippy Full Member 10+ Year Member Aug 18, 2011 #2 I would (and did) take the DAT after sophomore year, assuming that you finish Bio 1 and 2, Gen Chem 1 and 2, and OChem 1 and 2 during your first two years. Then you can apply as early as possible after your Junior year.
