When I'm trying to diagnose a problem, ultimately it comes down to understanding where my ignorance lies. Now is not the time for generalities. If you are struggling with trigonometry, then review the trig functions, unit circle, and sin/cos graphs. If you are struggling with algebra, perhaps it's time to back up and work on basic problems using variables. It's hard to help you if we don't know what you're struggling with. How about a bit more info about where you're struggling? If you're getting half of the Destroyer tests correct, then that is half of the material you don't need help with.
My plan for QR was like this: First few weeks I went through Chad's videos simply to get reminded of what math was like (no real math for 7 years). After that, I dove into the Destroyer tests. It was immediately clear to me that I had no idea what a unit circle was, what the "tangent" of a circle meant, what a "supplement" was, how to do any trig besides sohcahtoa, how to do Q/N/D problems, how to do rate problems, how to do age problems, etc. So I isolated each one of those and practiced them individually until they were no longer a liability.
