I was looking at the DAT resources on the ADA.org website and I read in one of the power points that Trig, geometry and numerical converisons were eliminated? Did i read that wrong or is that true? I am preparing to take the DAT on Oct 20th so was trying to figure out if I need to study that or not? ANYONE KNOW?

I believe that trig,, geometry, and numerical conversions will be on the DAT for the rest of this year. I took the DAT in July and they were included. Starting 2013 they will start implementing the pretesting for the critical thinking portion of the Quantitative reasoning section.

I took it yesterday and missed several trig questions, so I can guarantee you they are there as of now.
+1, many dental schools actually petitioned to get to remove QR from the dat portion b/c its useless. they even make fun of it at the interviews. but on the other side you cant score below 14 they dont like that.
