For each of these 5 cases A to E:
1) what is the injured nerve and where is the lesion located (proximal or distal) ?
2) What is the name commonly given to these signs?
3) which muscle/s is/are weakened or paralyzed?
4) which muscle/s is/are the normally functioning ANTAGONIST muscle to the paralyzed muscle?
