question about aacomas transcript

The physics course I took in undergrad (quarter system) was divided separate courses on my transcript (2 unit lab and 3 unit lecture, 5 quarter units total), even though you had to take them at the same time. I got a C in both lecture and lab. I retook the physics course at another college post-bacc (semester system), where the lecture and lab were just one class. The class was 4 semester units,so 6 quarter units total.

My question is, can I note on AACOMAS that the re-take is for both the lecture and lab for the class I got in C's, or can I only classify it as a re-take for one of the two?

You should probably contact AACOMAS about it. My guess is, since they are different course numbers they will be counted as different courses. If they are the same course, I think AACOMAS has an option to note the class as counting both lecture and lab.
