question about aacomas

hi guys, i submitted aacomas a while back and still havent gotten any secondaries from DO schools. when i go to "designations" on the aacomas website, the mailing status says "new" what does that mean?

That means they mailed out your applications to the schools that you selected. You should get secondaries after the schools recieve your primary application and process it. It may take a few weeks. My application was just mailed out 8/5 and I dont expect secondaries to start coming in for a few weeks.

all my transcripts were in by 7/20, and they still haven't calculated my GPA. does that seem odd?

For me: 3 weeks and 2 days to get verified. Two days after that they were mailed out. My suggestion: right at three weeks since you submitted everything, email them. I did that and two days later I was verified. They send you a generic email if you email them before the three week time limit. Good luck!

hmm it usually takes around 3 weeks after they recieved your transcripts for the gpa to be calculated. Yes, the aacomas people take forever to do everything. so have patients.

So the time frame is based on when they get your transcripts?
