I took 6 credits at a community college freshman year (Public Speaking and Calc). I was told by my advisor that they were transferable to other colleges but they ended up not transferring to my new college. Do I have to include these two courses on my application or can I leave them out? I have never requested or seen my transcript from the technical college so if I don't ask for it will it be like it never happened? I received B's in those classes which is another reason why I don't want them to see the transcript even though they aren't counting towards my overall GPA.

Yes. It's required. They also WILL count towards your AADSAS overall GPA. (And potentially science/BCP, depending on what they were.)

List all undergraduate, graduate and professional institutions you have attended or plan to attend through the completion of Summer 2014. Enter all colleges and universities you attended EVEN IF THE COURSES are not required for admission to dental school or if they transferred to anther institution.

ADEA AADSAS requires a separate official transcript from each U.S. and Canadian institution attended
