I've done some searching but for whatever reason I'm having a hard time getting a straightforward answer. My new place of work has asked me to obtain a NY state license registration certificate with their workplace address on it as it's a requirement that each professional maintain a license certificate listing the location of each place where they practice. What do you do if you work part time in two separate locations? Do you get another certificate and explain to the office that you're working at both places?
