Question about animal experience

On VMCAS, when entering things into the animal experience section, one of the fields is for "type of experience." Should this be filled in with either "academic," "employment," or "volunteer"...or should it be a title for what we did (e.g. wildlife health technician)?

I wrote what my role was in that experience ie) Canine training volunteer. That is what I took it to mean.

I put the title of what I did in that space last year. Eg.

Veterinary Assistant
Employed 10 hours a week for 1 year. Description of what I did.

Rehab Specialist
Volunteered 20 hours a month for 3 years. Description of what I did.
