If I apply in the fall (~November) for 2013 entrance, will my grades I make in the fall semester be unreported on the pharmcas application? Because we usually don't get our final grades until mid-December, but my application will be out by November. And I will still be taking a good load of pre-reqs during the fall and and 2013 spring so this is alarming if I can't report those grades and my hopefully-improved GPA.

Do you get to manually update your transcript with pharmcas, or do you have to wait until the next application year? Because I will be upset if I cannot report new grades, new GPA, and new PCAT scores AFTER I do my application.

Don't worry. You will list all courses you plan on taking for the fall and pharmcas will ask you to update your transcript when the semester finishes by adding the fall grades and sending the official transcript from your school as well as the courses you plan to take on the spring.
