Hi, anybody plz. give info....
Iam a medical graduate from India, interested to study Optometry here. Do i get any credits (waiving the first year courses i.e.Basic health sciences) during Optometry curriculum here, because its all a repetition of what i already studied during Medical graduation in India?...
Thanks.

you probably won't get credit for those courses if your are admitted to a regular 4 year OD program. However, there are accelerated OD programs for international and other health profession degree holders. The schools that come to mind are PCO and NECO (i think).
