"Take the DAT not later than spring of your junior year in college" -website.

Now, after hearing about the Loma Linda 5 year expiration fiasco, I want to make sure this is not another stupid technicality. If we're taking the DAT in summer, or even retake during the fall because low first scores, would we NOT qualify for Case???

I took the DAT in August, a few months after I finished my prereqs post-bacc. I graduated in 2003, and Case didn't have any problem with my DAT scores taken years after I graduated from college. I think the website is listing some recommendations for applying, rather than set in stone rules.
