Some people say there's not too much calculations on Step 1 and if any they are "easy", but just in case, can you use Windows calculator while doing the exam?

Nope, no calculator available at all. You won't have access to any programs on the test computer (aside from the test of course). But you won't need a calculator -- I had one calculation problem, and it was on the order of 5th grade math.

if you can add, subtract and mutiply and divide, you are fine.

you are given a laminated sheet with marker to write on
