So, I was reading about fatigue and noticed that the pt had PTSD and depression. Now, my question is do we need to do a Neuro examination? FA DOESN'T do it. Now, I was wondering shouldn't we do a neuro? Anyone can throw some light on it?

Logically, I would do thyroid, HEENT, and neuro. Then, maybe CVS, RS and Abdomen.

So, anyone who has taken it has any inputs?

I probably wouldn't have thought to do Neuro on the test. Seems a little peripheral to me anyway. I'd have to know more about the history and ROS to know for sure, but you probably wouldn't lose significant points if you didn't.

Also, FA is so ridiculously over-thorough that anything they don't do you should be relatively comfortable isn't necessary.

ok, thank you for replying. Honestly, I just am trying to figure out what is relevant and not. FA seems to be good, but does a little too much in my opinion.

I was wondering how the real deal is. I am guessing that you are done by now!
