Question about “Description” for Experiences in ERAS

I am in the process of filling out ERAS and have a question about the Experiences section. There is a box to fill out the description for the experiences. It is not a required field and I am wondering if it is common for applicants to fill that section out like AMCAS (write a short brief on what the experience is) or is it ok to leave the description blank since the job title for some of the EC like president of an interest group or tutor for kids or hospital volunteer seem to be pretty self explanatory. Any insights will be greatly appreciated.

What about Reasons for Leaving and Average hours per week?

Most people fill those in also. Estimate how many hours per week. Reason for leaving is often whatever your next job was. Don't make this more complicated than it needs to be!
