Question about dropping application and waiting until next year

I've got a part of an AMCAS application filled out for this year, but never submitted my transcripts from some previous colleges that I attended. I won't be submitting my application this year, and my question is, if I go ahead and submit these transcripts and not apply this year, will I have to resend everything again next year, or will everything just transfer over on next years application?

***I'm not talking about the transcript with current grades from the college I'm at right now, just previously attended colleges.

I am pretty sure you will have to resubmit the trannies. Best bet is to call them and ask if it is really important to you.

If you had applied this cycle, and then reapplied next cycle, they would have preserved your AMCAS data, but my guess is that you will lose anything you may have already input this year.

If you filled out AMCAS for this cycle but did not submit it, you'll will have to refill it out again next year. If you submitted it this cycle, your info will be transferred to the next cycle's application.The downside is that you'll be a reapplicant to whatever schools you listed on your AMCAS application.

In regards to transcripts, the transcripts are only valid for one cycle. You'll have to resubmit another transcript for the next cycle even if you submitted one the prior year. You cannot submit a transcript now to be used for the next year, regardless if it is from your old or new colleges.
