Question about ecfmg certification

This is a question for FMGs. After I send ecfmg my final transcript and take and pass Steps 1, 2CK, 2CS, how long does it take for ecfmg certification? Also, is the ecfmg certification done automatically after I complete all of the requirements or do I have to ask for the certification?

did you pass step 1 ? cause, i'm trying to see how to get my credentials sent, i dont have the form 186, and i'm not ready yet to pass the exam to get it.

Can i send the documents and other forms, without scheduling an exam date?
