question about entering activities

hey guys,

when filling out aacomas app what is the diff between temporary / part time / and per diem. if i volunteer at a hospital what would that be considered.

and what do i do if i dont have a contact number. it seems this is mandatory?

As for the contact number requirement, that was recently changed. I provided email addresses for all of those who wanted to be contacted.

I'm having the same problem with contact numbers; can't edit my old entries without having to provide one. Any idea on what to do if you don't have a number to put?

im putting the organization number or w/e

if i shadowed a doc and dont have the number im putting the hospital he works at.


anyone have clarity on whether to include expected hours in the activities section?? like i put the end date as 2016 for something do i include expected hours
