question about gpa

i have a 3.90 science gpa as a bio major at c*rnell, but my overall gpa is brought down by a b- in fashion design and a c in a sustainability class freshman year that i took to explore different subjects/figure out my major (both i hated lol). i was not premed so i didn’t bother dropping the classes. i was really worried about this but i recently heard that adcoms won’t care about these grades? is that true?
